We use your information to: operate and improve the Platform; process transactions via Escrow.com; verify domain ownership; communicate about your account and transactions; prevent fraud; and comply with legal obligations.

We share information with: Escrow.com for transaction processing; domain buyers/sellers as necessary for transactions (display name and country only); service providers who assist in operating the Platform; and law enforcement when required by law.
4. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All data is stored in Supabase infrastructure within the EU (Frankfurt). We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
6. Your Rights

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Transaction records are retained for 7 years for legal and tax compliance. You may request deletion of your account at any time.
